With each page I open a new world
delving deeper into something new
seeing the world through my eyes
i am swept away to somewhere different
i am no longer boring
but fun and exciting
not wanting to stop
i could do this for hours
but i am flawed as a human
my eyes grow heavy
wishing i could keep them open
i try for a few more words
but the book falls from my fingers
i am asleep
and i have lost my page
